KMC Fabrication is a precision CNC machine shop in Medina, Ohio, serving customers throughout Ohio and beyond. We specialize in CNC milling, CNC turning, and finishing for prototypes, one-off parts, and low- to medium-volume production runs across the automotive, motorsport, and industrial markets.

CNC Milling

We offer 3 and 4 axis CNC milling for complex geometries, pockets, contours, and drilled features. We machine aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, and titanium, holding tight tolerances on both prototype and production quantities so parts fit right the first time.

CNC Turning

Our Hurco TM6 CNC lathe produces round and cylindrical components, including shafts, bushings, and threaded parts, with fast turnaround and consistent repeatability across every run.

Finishing

We provide in-house bead blasting and tumbling, plus surface finishing and parts cleaning with our Vixen Vaporblast cabinet. Need anodizing or powder coating? We can have those completed through trusted partners before your parts ship, so you receive finished, ready-to-use components from a single source.

Inspection & Quality

Every part is inspected using calipers, micrometers, and an optical comparator to confirm it meets your specifications before it leaves our shop.

Material certifications are available for all jobs upon request, so you have full documentation and traceability for the material used in your parts.
