Shipping Policy

We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

Custom orders may require additional lead time; you will be notified of any delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@kmcfabrication.com to see if we can accommodate your request.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
