Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Returns are only accepted on non-custom items.

To start a return, contact us at info@kmcfabrication.com. Do not send items back without approval. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Returns should be sent to the following address:

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

These items cannot be returned or refunded.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@kmcfabrication.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
