Tired of using laser cut flanges that are covered in mill scale and shaped like a banana before you start welding them? This is our solution to your problems! Shearer Fab exhaust flanges start life as a 3/4" thick bar of 304 stainless and are completely CNC machined to to give you the highest quality flanges available. The final product is 16mm in total thickness.
Each cylinder features a deep tube locating recess for the exhaust primaries to make the mocking up process easier.
Internally welding the primary tube is a more robust weld versus welding the outside of the flange and does not induce as much post-weld warping!
Overall our flanges will speed up the mockup process and reduce warping.
